MACAO - THE NEW CAFETERIA SYSTEM

macao was developed in the creative studio “neunzig° Design“. The designers have been inspired primarily by the elegant aesthetics and the highly functional construction of natural structures…chance is turned into an aesthetic device.
macao is a range of furniture which develops a stable stacking chair concept from its main theme of lightness. The upper side of the PVC shell has a clearly flowing contour – continuous and calm. The shell which is reinforced from the corners to the centre of the seat creates a stabilizing support and thus guarantees the necessary weight loading. Each leg, fashioned out of lacquered precision steel tubing, is bolted individually to the seat shell.
The chair can also be upholstered with a seat cushion in various colours. High-quality design, optical lightness and excellent sitting comfort can therefore be combined in a most satisfying way.
